It looks based on your IP information that you might be in India. I’m not sure how things work in India. In the UK, upon passing your driving test, the examiner would issue you a driving test pass certificate. It would essentially be a receipt. But even without it, you can still legally drive until your full licence arrives. But that’s in the UK. Do you have a driving licensing authority? In the UK, the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) issue all driving licences. If you are not sure what to do, I would contact the applicable authority in your country.
